My journey in U.S. Medical Billing began with hands-on experience across the full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, where I worked closely with healthcare providers to optimize financial performance, reduce claim denials, and improve reimbursement outcomes. While the experience was invaluable, I envisioned something greater: a company built on accountability, precision, transparency, and measurable results.

Driven by that vision, I founded ERG, a specialized U.S. Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management company dedicated to helping medical practices strengthen their financial health through accurate, HIPAA-compliant, and performance-focused billing solutions. As Founder and CEO, I remain actively involved in strategic planning, operational oversight, and quality assurance to ensure every client receives the highest standard of service.

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges healthcare providers face, including claim rejections, payment delays, accounts receivable backlogs, payer-specific complexities, and evolving regulatory requirements.
